Family Preservation and Reunification

Reunification Rates - Placements at Discharge
Nearly 100% of our children are reunified with their parent successfully following a placement in our "Days of Care" Residential Crisis Care program - more than double the rate of traditional foster care reunification. The short term intervention of Providence House and our partner referral agencies allows the parent to stabilize the crisis which places themselves and their children at risk, while providing ongoing opportunities for parental/child contact, mentoring and observation through the reunification process.
