YWCA Women of Achievement Award

Natalie Leek-Nelson, President and CEO

Established in 1977, the Woman of Achievement Award is one of the most prestigious honors for women in Cleveland. The award recognizes women who demonstrate outstanding leadership qualities, as well as excellence, accomplishments and commitment in their careers and their communities. Women chosen to receive this award are role models and mentors. They have played significant roles in helping other women achieve their goals, while exemplifying the YWCA mission of eliminating racism and empowering women. Natalie Leek-Nelson joins the ranks of 189 other influential Cleveland women, including Jane Campbell, Stephanie Tubbs Jones and Mary Rose Oakar, who have received the distinguished YWCA Women of Achievement Award.
